Hayley was born and raised on a dairy farm in South Western Ontario, where her family still farms. She was very active with her local 4-H clubs and volunteered for local horse shows.
Through high school she was an accomplished athlete, competing in wrestling and playing rugby. She has been in several travelling rugby teams and has played throughout Ontario, BC, California and Portugal.
Hayley started in the trucking industry with a summer job at Luckhart Transport in the parts room.
They kept her on after the summer and her role transformed into one of a project coordinator. Her biggest project brought her behind the wheel of a truck for the last 6 years hauling livestock all over North America

When you’re on the road, it’s almost impossible to find time to go to the gym. In fact, research shows that around 70-90% of truck drivers don’t exercise on a regular basis. And the lack of access to a gym/equipment is a huge reason for that.
Most local gyms don’t have truck parking. Ubering to one is a whole ordeal (plus you have to leave your truck unattended…). And truck stops rarely have a fitness center.
You feel frustrated because you know you need to do something. You want to be more active. You want to live a healthier life. But you feel like you’re stuck in handcuffs and don’t know how to break free.
You feel screwed because you’re mentally burnt out after a long day of driving. And you feel helpless because most of the time you don’t know where you’ll end up parking that night.
We get that. And we’re mad no one has stepped up and helped you in the past. You have all these barriers stopping you and no one has taken the time to help you figure it out. So, we decided to change that!
We understand the lifestyle of truck drivers and are on a mission to make it as accessible as possible for them to exercise and live a healthy life while on the road.
We do that through an easy to use app on each truck driver’s phone that gives them:
Daily TruckFit workouts designed to be done in or just outside of their trucks. Each workout is 20-30 minutes long and doesn’t require the truck driver to purchase any extra equipment or gym memberships.
A free resistance band, which is all the equipment they’ll need.
Daily 5 minute Truck Stop workouts to help truckers move throughout the day or get some exercise on those days that they might not have time for the full workout.
Video and written instruction on exactly what to do and how to do it.
Nutritional guidance for truck drivers to eat healthy while on the road including restaurant guides and a manual for how to eat healthy at a truck stop.
Accountability in the form of daily messages through our app and group messaging with other like minded truck drivers.
Weekly mental health, mindset, and lifestyle education on different topics specific to truck driving and life on the road.
