Speaker Bio

Hayley was born and raised on a dairy farm in South Western Ontario, where her family still farms. She was very active with her local 4-H clubs and volunteered for local horse shows.
Through high school she was an accomplished athlete, competing in wrestling and playing rugby. She has been in several travelling rugby teams and has played throughout Ontario, BC, California and Portugal.
Hayley started in the trucking industry with a summer job at Luckhart Transport in the parts room.
They kept her on after the summer and her role transformed into one of a project coordinator. Her biggest project brought her behind the wheel of a truck for the last 6 years hauling livestock all over North America
