Jennifer McConnell is the Owner of MRS Consulting Group and female owned and operated fleet management company.  She has been working in the transportation since 2006 in a variety of roles including Recruitment, Supply Chain Management, Social Media and Web Development, as well as Training and Development.  With degrees in Political Science, Communications, Education, APICS Supply Chain Designation, and Certified Human Resource Professional certification provides her a unique view on the industry and influences her passions.

As a lifelong member of the Delta Zeta Sorority and Local Women’s Alumni Associations in Toronto and Windsor, Jennifer has keen interests in the promotion of women in work.  From working in male dominated industry, Jennifer has worked to promote inclusion and provide women with ways to enter the industry through progressing human resource practices.  Jennifer proud a member The Women’s Trucking Federation of Canada as it works to support all females in the transportation industry by providing education, training, mentor-ship, opportunity and friendship.

With this, Jennifer is passionate about building trucking fleets and developing the next generation of truck drivers.  She hopes to help reshape the image of the industry through progressive Human Resource policies; making transportation a more inclusive industry with equal opportunity for all.
