Speaker Bio

Kimberly Biback is a Corporate Relations and PR specialist for Sharp Transportation Systems Inc. and sits as a Director on several National Association Boards, a Provincial Advisory Council for the MTO and transportation industry, as well as the Advisory Board for the Women’s Trucking Federation of Canada.

Over the past 14 years, Kimberly has helped companies develop programs and strategies to promote growth, leadership, and corporate social responsibility. One of the most notable included the development and implementation of a National Environmental Program that received the prestigious Gold Maple Leaf Award with the International Council of Shopping Centres in 2011.

Kimberly left at home unplanned at 15 due to critical circumstances and worked hard to continue her education and develop professionally while surviving independently as an emancipated minor. Throughout the years of life experience, education, and volunteering in overseeing multiple community initiatives, youth groups and organizations like the Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada, Kimberly became well-versed in leadership, success, wellness, and sustainability. This has lead to several speaking engagements for various National Conferences as a speaker, panelist and moderator. Kimberly has also been interviewed on several occasions with media outlets covering a wide variety of topics and interests.

An active philanthropist, she has received a National award with Cadillac Fairview for saving the life of an individual who had fallen into cardiac arrest. Kimberly produced and organized a stage production to raise funds to save a 2yr old boy in Toronto with an ultra-rare life saving condition and additionally, developed a website and social platforms to support and promote small businesses of Ontario throughout the COVID Pandemic.

Kimberly is a published author, ultramarathon competitor and 1 of 7 successful candidates to complete Canada’s first-ever SealFit; 24hr Navy Seal crucible, known as the hardest civilian training in the world, which raised over $300,000 for early-onset Alzheimer’s and dementia research. Kimberly has had the opportunity to discuss these critical Causes with the Premier and additionally the Mayor who presented Kimberly with a written letter of recognition in 2020 for all her community initiatives and support.
