Fiona moved to Ontario, Canada from England in the summer of 2009.   After many years working in the field of child welfare she decided to pursue a different career.  With a desire to continue to help people to help themselves and their families she entered the world of finance.  As an independent insurance broker she holds and Accident and Sickness license and a full Life License, among other certifications. She helps her client prepare for the worst before it happens so that when a death, illness or injury does happen they don’t suffer financially.

Growing up with a mother that was a teacher and a truck driver as soon as Fiona discovered the Women’s Trucking Federation of Canada she was eager to join and help in any way she could.
Being one of the non- truck driving members of the board Fiona brings a different set of skills and perspective to the team.  Supporting CEO Shelley Walker administratively, event organization, website maintenance are among a few of the ways that Fiona supports WTFC
